To earn a brand new orange and white custom London Smoke Orange Shruumz flag belt and poppers you must be able to achieve any 3 of the following 5 challenges:

These are deliberately difficult and should take several months of training/dedication to reach. You should be very proud when you earn your belt. You'll become a better athlete in the process and your team mates will thank you when you help your team to victory🏅

Anything can be achieved with deliberate practice. To give yourself the best start I recommend you:

  1. Measure where you're currently at on each of these.
  2. Breakdown the distance between current level and target into 10 'stages' 1-10 that can be reached more easily one at a time. I have no doubt you'll be making progress with deliberate practice. Any progress will be rewarded by the end of the season.
  3. Track everything! Buddy up and celebrate milestones such as "I'm now at stage 3/10 on my broad jump gains." You're not alone.
  4. Train hard and ask for a measurement or test from me anytime. I want to see you be the best version of yourself you can be.
