London Smoke has a busy tournament schedule each year.

Whilst this is an amateur sport and team, London Smoke is fortunate to have good funding and likes to support it’s players to make training and games as accessible as possible for as many players as possible.

Training

• Training sessions are (and will always be) free
• Footballs, flags, bibs, wrist coaches, cones, training equipment is bought for by the club and you can use at training sessions

Kit

You are expected to buy your own …

• Football boots (soft and hard ground)
• Playing Jersey and Shorts (although you can borrow these from the club if you need)
• Any additional London Smoke Merchandise you can buy at the team store

Tournaments

• Players are expected to pay their own BAFA registration fee (c. £25 per year I think)

London Smoke enters many tournaments both nationally and internationally. This can be expensive for players to travel to all tournaments in a calendar year particularly those playing for the number one team.

For those asked to represent the number one team, the club will cover all tournament fees and hotels for players (unless they choose to opt out and pay their hotel). This means that players will be responsible just for their own travel expenses (flights or train or car).
